Mo' Money Mo' Problems

On July 21, 1997, the Notorious B.I.G. released the single called Mo Money Mo Problems. In the refrain, sung by Kelly Price, there is a verse which states, “…it's like the more money we come across, the more problems we see.” Is this the case for the Jamaican population? Would more money create more problems? Say what you think, because there is no right or wrong answer to these.
